Deer Pitcher

The Stag Pitcher is a faithful re-edition of an old model preserved in the archives of the Digoin factory. Inspired by 19th century and 1900-1940s earthenware, it showcases a finely detailed animal motif in relief, characteristic of decorated pitchers of the period.

Made of glazed stoneware, this pitcher reveals, thanks to the engobe, all the richness of its bas-relief motif: a majestic stag surrounded by foliage, inscribed in a delicately worked medallion.

Beyond serving water, wine or fresh juices, the Cerf pitcher can also be used as a vase: it can hold bouquets, garden herbs or plant arrangements, becoming an iconic decorative object in the kitchen or living room.

Each piece is shaped and enameled by hand, perpetuating exceptional French craftsmanship and know-how passed down from generation to generation.
