Cider Mug
A reissue of an old model, the Cider Pitcher perpetuates a tradition very widespread in Western France in the 18th and 19th centuries. Used in homes as well as in inns, this enameled stoneware pitcher served cider or wine depending on the local produce. The simplicity of its curves made it an essential item for everyday tables.
Today, this ceramic Cider Pitcher retains all its heritage character. Its wide and open spout, combined with a comfortable grip, allows you to effortlessly pour cold drinks, wines, juices, or homemade preparations. Repurposed as a vase, it also accommodates bouquets and garden herbs, bringing a natural touch to the kitchen or living room.
With a generous capacity of 2 liters, the Manufacture's Cider Pitcher reconnects with traditional large serving pieces and offers a strong presence on the table, ideal for friendly meals or for a declared decorative use.
Hand-formed and enameled in the workshops of the Manufacture de Digoin, each piece testifies to exceptional French craftsmanship: robust stoneware, deep color, meticulous decoration, and the authenticity of the original shapes.
