Fish Terrine
From the Bestiary Terrines family, here is the Fish. Offered in Secret Green, with emerald reflections, in Snow White, luminous and timeless, or in Midnight Blue Ink, as deep as the ocean, this terrine combines character, color, and artisanal know-how.
Inspired by an old model preserved in the Manufacture's archives, the Fish Terrine revives the tradition of stoneware dishes used for gentle and even cooking. Its elongated shape and fish-shaped lid recall the pâtés and river preparations that have marked French gastronomic history.
Made of stoneware and fired at very high temperatures, the Terrine becomes completely vitrified. It absorbs neither odors nor fats, thus ensuring perfect hygiene and a beautiful restitution of flavors. Suitable for oven cooking, as well as for presenting cold recipes, it offers durability and resistance for daily use.
Beyond cooking, the Fish Terrine is a true decorative object and remains both a useful and timeless piece.
