Vinegar cruet
Inspired by traditional utilitarian forms, this stoneware vinegar pot is designed to help you make your own homemade vinegar. It naturally transforms wine or cider into vinegar, following a slow and controlled process, true to traditional methods. Once the mother of vinegar has formed, the vinegar can mature away from light, in ideal storage conditions.
Specifically designed for vinegar, this stoneware vinegar pot provides optimal conditions for fermentation and maturation. It allows you to make different types of vinegars, plain or flavored, ensuring stability, consistency, and quality over time.
Crafted from stoneware fired at very high temperatures, it is completely non-porous. This essential quality does not alter flavors or aromas and ensures healthy and consistent fermentation. The vinegar pot is equipped with a boxwood tap made in France and a cork stopper, offering precise and comfortable daily use.
Both a utilitarian and heritage object, this vinegar pot fully embodies the artisanal expertise of the Manufacture, blending living cuisine, ancient gestures, and the art of preservation.
