Rectangular Dish

Reissued from a historic model preserved in the archives of the Manufacture de Digoin, the Rectangular Dish illustrates the balance between ceramic heritage and modern lines.

Its design with generously rounded corners, highlighted by a wide rim, gives it a sober and graphic presence. Available in several sizes, it is suitable for both table service and the presentation of culinary preparations, becoming a true compositional element.

Entirely hand-shaped and hand-enameled in Burgundy stoneware, it is fired at very high temperatures to obtain a fully vitrified, non-porous and particularly resistant stoneware. Its enameled interior reveals the full depth of the colors, while its raw back shows the natural material of the stoneware.
