Reissued from a historic model preserved in the archives of the Manufacture de Digoin, the Rectangular Dish illustrates the balance between ceramic heritage and modern lines.

Its design, with generously rounded corners and a wide rim, gives it a sober and graphic presence. Available in several sizes, it is suitable for both table service and the presentation of culinary preparations, becoming a true compositional element.

Entirely handcrafted and enameled in Burgundy stoneware, it is fired at very high temperatures to obtain a fully vitrified, non-porous, and particularly resistant stoneware. Its enameled interior reveals the full depth of the colors, while its raw back exposes the natural stoneware material.
