Rectangular Dish

Reissued from a historic model preserved in the archives of the Manufacture de Digoin, the Rectangular Dish illustrates the balance between ceramic heritage and modern lines.

Its design with generously rounded corners, highlighted by a wide rim, gives it a sober and graphic presence. Available in several sizes, it is suitable for both table service and the presentation of culinary preparations, becoming a true element of composition.

Entirely handcrafted and enamelled in Burgundy sandstone, it is fired at very high temperatures to obtain a fully vitrified, non-porous and particularly resistant stoneware. Its enamelled interior reveals the depth of the colours, while its raw reverse side shows the natural material of the stoneware.
