Reissued from a historical model preserved in the archives of Manufacture de Digoin, the Rectangular Dish illustrates the balance between ceramic heritage and modern lines.

Its design with generously rounded corners, highlighted by a wide rim, gives it a sober and graphic presence. Available in several sizes, it is suitable for both table service and presenting culinary preparations, becoming a true compositional element.

Entirely handcrafted and hand-glazed in Burgundy stoneware, it is fired at a very high temperature to obtain a fully vitrified, non-porous, and particularly resistant stoneware. Its glazed interior reveals the full depth of the colors, while its unglazed reverse side shows the natural material of the stoneware.
