Pâté
Born from a historical model used by Parisian pork butchers, the Terrine de Paris is one of those pieces that stand the test of time without losing their meaning. Long destined for pâtés, rillettes, and savory preparations, it has now established itself as a true everyday basic, as practical as it is versatile.
Depending on its size, it can hold salads, desserts, individual portions, as well as dishes for gratinating or sharing. Its simple and balanced shape allows for intuitive use, from oven to table.
Crafted from stoneware and fired at high temperatures, it is fully vitrified, making it non-porous, resistant, and durable. This artisanal expertise ensures exceptional longevity, in keeping with the heritage pieces of the Manufacture.
The Terrine de Paris combines heritage and modernity, a versatile iconic piece designed to accompany new uses as well as timeless gestures.
