Terrine de Paris
Born from a historical model used by Parisian pork butchers, the Terrine de Paris is one of those pieces that transcends time without losing its meaning. Long intended for pâtés, rillettes, and savory preparations, it has now become a true everyday basic, as practical as it is versatile.
Depending on its size, it can accommodate salads, desserts, individual portions, as well as dishes to gratin or share. Its simple and balanced shape allows for intuitive use, from oven to table.
Crafted from stoneware and fired at high temperatures, it is fully vitrified, therefore non-porous, resistant, and durable. An artisanal savoir-faire that ensures exceptional longevity, in line with the Manufacture's heritage pieces.
The Terrine de Paris combines heritage and modernity, a versatile iconic piece, designed to accompany new uses as well as traditional gestures.
